At Stylemyle we are obsessed with creating the best experiences for our customers. This includes price. If you find the same item online for a lower price*, we will refund you the difference in Stylemyle credit.
Offer only applies to full price items (promotions, outlet, used, discounted and sale items are all excluded).
We only price match identical items, any variations such as brand, size, color and style are not accepted for price match.
At the time of claim, the item must be in stock at the time you make a claim.
We only price match items that have been purchased on Stylemyle and delivered and it must be claimed within 14 days of your Order date.
Price match is for the value of the item, not the total order value.
**Please note that the above exchange rates may be updated from time to time to reflect exchange rate fluctuations, so please check the posted rate on the day you submit your claim.
1.Make sure you have set up a Stylemyle account, you can do so here.
2.Contact our Customer Care team by email or phone with a link to both the Stylemyle item and the item you would like us to price match.
3.Once our Customer Care team has agreed that your claim fits the above outlined criteria, your Stylemyle account will be credited.
Any purchases that are exchanged or returned using Stylemyle credit will be given as Stylemyle credit for future purchases.
* Websites which have luxury brands and products that we believe to be comparable to the brand and product collection offered by Stylemyle. Websites that are liquidating, auction sites, outlets or similar are not considered. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer care team.
