Shipping Information

Stylemyle orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. * Free shipping applies to orders valued at $300.00 and above.

Shipping Times:

DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 3-4 days once processed. Processing may may take a few days depending on when you place your order. Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. STYLEMYLE cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or failed payments, although we try to minimise any potential delays. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

Please remember that our shipping times should only be used as a reference from the time of dispatch. Your actual delivery time may differ. Stylemyle is not responsible for failed payment approval or delays relating to customs clearance.

Duties and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value along with shipping charges and displayed on your Order Summary page. Depending on your shipping destination, you may have customs charges. Should you have questions about this, please contact your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with details of your purchase. We may contact you if we need to verify payment information. Once your order is approved, the Stylemyle partner will dispatch your item (usually within a day) excluding days when they are not open, for example, weekends and public holidays where applicable.

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days from time of dispatch. You can keep track of your delivery progress by logging into your Stylemyle account.

If you are ordering from multiple Stylemyle partners, your items will arrive separately. Stylemyle is not responsible for delays due to failed payment or customs clearance issues although we strive to always have your delivery arrive on time.

Cancellations

In the event you want to cancel or make a change, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We cannot cancel dispatched orders as they are already on the way to you. They will have to be returned.
