To book a return pick-up

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item to the boutique partner. Please remember that we can only collect returns from the same country to where the item was delivered. We also highly advise you to book your free return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order. This will ensure that it arrives to the boutique within the 14 day return period.

To book a free return pick-up:

  1. Sign in to Stylemyle and go to My Account;
  2. Under the 'My Orders' tab, open the order which you want to return items from;
  3. On the order page click 'Book a return' in the lower right corner.
    Please note that only orders with Shipment status "Shipped" will have this option;
  4. Select the items you wish to return, select a reason for the return and click on "Book return" to confirm;
  5. Please wait, our team will process the return request and contact you via email.

We will e-mail you with your Merchandise Return Code as well as a confirmation of your address and the time it will be collected. You will also receive a returns document and reference number.

Next Steps?

  1. Please print out your Air Way Bill and attach it to the outside of the parcel (you must give the courier a label for each package plus an archive copy). Make sure you print or save a copy of the Air Way Bill for your records (you can use it to track your shipment)
  2. If a Returns Invoice for Customs has been provided, please print two copies (keep one inside the package and a signed copy on the outside of the package) with the Air Way Bill.
  3. Make sure you do not seal your package until the driver has arrived to collect your return as they need to see what is inside the package and check it first.
  4. If you are returning multiple items, you will need to repeat the above steps for each one.
  5. Please note you have 14 days from date of pick up of your return to ensure we have acknowledged the return of the product. We cannot guarantee a refund after that so make sure you contact us if you don’t hear anything back…
